The Framework Specification

TS003:2005 - The UTMC Framework Technical Specification consolidates and supersedes TS001:1997 Part 1 - Infrastructure and TS002:1997 - Communications.

TS003:2005 takes into account feedback from the consultation process and ongoing international initiatives in this field. It presents the core technical standards recommended for use by UK Traffic Managers in their systems. Non-normative annexes provide guidance on how to use the specification. To submit proposed updates, please refer to Specification Update Submission.

    TS003 should be used in conjunction with the other main repository of UTMC technical recommendations, namely the UTMC Objects Registry, TS004.003
